Break all the rules

Ok, so undressing in the freezing cold was probably NOT a good idea, but I figured for the sake of fashion I'd make a sacrifice. Now that I think about it, wearing high heals (which I'm less than a fan of) would have probably been a more worthwhile sacrifice to make . Yes, my feet would probably not appreciate it, but at least the rest of me wouldn't decide to go on strike. Live and learn, my friends. (I probably wont).

I do, however, have a good reason for frolicking in the cold. This vintage curly lamb coat with a mink collar could not have made me any happier. I've been wanting one for a while, and been seeing several different versions around, but all somewhat pricey. Thankfully I finally found what I was looking for (how great would it be in other aspects of our lives?!) It had me at hello, or was it at $9.99? I cant really remember I was so excited. It's a little on the large side, but I make it work!

Coat: Vintage (savers$9.99)
Hat: AWESOME (maybe Im biased): vintage; savers ($2)
Boots: vintage (thrifted; $7.99)
Skirt: express (thrifted; beacons closet: $10)
Top: gift
Tights: DKNY
